Position: Shipping/Receiving Administrator

Worksite County: Centre County, PA

Pay: Wage based on experience

Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time

Shift/Work Days: Monday – Friday

Minimum Requirements of Employer:

High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills required

Preferred Candidates

Production experience
Understanding of inventory movement and control process and principles
Understanding manufacturing process and principles
Good organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

Responsible for scheduling outbound freight
Picking components for sales orders
Delivering paperwork to production floor
Completing parts orders in software & compiling corresponding paperwork
Receiving purchase orders in software
Other duties as assigned
