At Exodus Global, we believe in the power of community and teamwork, not just within our company but also in the places we call home. Recently, our team gathered at Itasca Memorial Ballfield in Superior, WI, for an evening of hard work, camaraderie, and fun.

With everyone pitching in, we made quick work of it. From picking up litter to weed whacking around the baseline, our team members showed dedication to revitalizing this community space. One of the major projects was adding new gravel around the bleachers, ensuring a safer and more comfortable area for spectators. It was heartening to see everyone, from our executives to our newest hires, working side by side with enthusiasm and a shared sense of purpose.

After the hard work, it was time to relax and enjoy the fruits of our labor with a traditional summer BBQ. The aroma of grilled burgers and hotdogs filled the air as we gathered to share a meal. The BBQ provided a perfect opportunity for everyone to unwind, share stories, and enjoy some delicious food in great company.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the friendly game of kickball that followed. Led by Rich Currie, our Vice President of Sales, one team emerged victorious after a spirited match. Despite their best efforts, Jon Gerlach, our Vice President of Finance, and his team couldn’t clinch the win. The laughter and cheers from the game echoed across the ballfield, underscoring the friendly competition and strong bonds within our team.

We were also delighted to have special guests from Rock.Zone in Germany join us. Robert, Sabine, Maya, and Lana brought an extra dose of excitement to the day, and their participation highlighted the strong international relationships we cherish at Exodus Global.

Events like these remind us of the importance of giving back to our community and the joy of coming together as a team. The cleanup of Itasca Memorial Ballfield was a success not just because of the work done, but because of the shared experiences and memories created.
