Minimum Requirements of Employer:
- Minimum of 2 years mechanical experience
- Proficient use of hand and powered tools, air and electric.
- Read and understand prints and assemble components according to instructions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with others
- Follow directions and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift (up to 50 lbs.), bending, stooping, standing throughout the day
- Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
Preferred Candidates
- Experience with hydraulic assembly including installation of fittings and hoses
- Understanding manufacturing process and principles
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
- Responsible for assembling components
- Apply decals
- Paint touch up
- Fill out paperwork indicating completion of task
- Will be cross trained to work in various stages of assembly within the work area

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job
- Set up and run welding robots
- Provide the technical expertise required for integration, programming, assistance, and service of robotic cells. Keep up to date on technical manuals
- Evaluate current programs and recommend path and cycle time optimizations to fabricate a quality product as quickly as feasible in a repeatable manner. Must be able to take a new or existing fixture and program a weld or fabrication path to create the intended part repeatably
- Keep Management informed on any open issues so they can ensure coverage on projects. Communicate with vendors and external support on problems which arise and cannot be solved internally
- Be able to do basic preventative maintenance and other repairs on robot-driven equipment
- Work with all robot operators to transfer any new technical information that has been received or learned in the shop, field or training class. Implement best practices related to robot programming and machine operation
Minimum Requirements of Employer:
- Programming Languages used: Motosim/Yaskawa Controller (YRC1000) – Robot Master (Offline Program Software)
- 2 year’s experience or robot welding certification or a combination of both
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Will be expected to pass internal Robot-Mig weld test, visual inspection of final weld quality
- Lift operation

Pay: Based on experience. Now offering a hiring bonus in 2021.
Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time, Second or Third shift currently available.
Minimum Requirements:
– 2-year technical school associates degree/technical diploma
– Ability in reading and interpreting blue prints, inspecting parts with calipers, bore gages, micrometers, etc. required
– Must know G & M code and must be skilled in shop math
– Have experience programming, setting up, editing, and operating Horizontal Boring mills
– Ability to perform close tolerance work
-Knowledge of 5-Axis Machining helpful, but not necessary
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Edit programs, setup and run all CNC and Manual Mills and Lathes
– Read and work from Blue Prints
– Organize and keep clean work area and machine before and after parts are processed
– Perform production work as required by and assigned by supervisor (manual turning and milling, etc.)
– Possesses proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and responsibility
– Perform machine maintenance as needed
