At Exodus Global, care isn’t just a word on a wall, it’s a value we live out every day. Care for each other. Care for our customers. Care for our communities. This Earth Day, our team had the opportunity to put that value into action close to home.

After the workday wrapped up, a group of Exodus Global employees headed to Bear Creek Park in Superior for our first park clean‑up of the year. With gloves on and bags in hand, we spent the evening picking up litter, clearing debris, and making the park a cleaner, more welcoming space for the community to enjoy. It was a simple effort with a meaningful impact, and a great reminder that small actions, when done together, can make a real difference.

Earth Day is about taking responsibility for the world around us, and this clean‑up was one of many ways we strive to be good stewards of the communities where we live and work. Whether it’s supporting customers with reliable solutions, collaborating with teammates, or showing up locally, care is at the center of everything we do.

Of course, caring for each other also means taking time to connect and celebrate as a team. After the park clean‑up, we kept the evening going with a stop at Bird’s Bar for a classic meat raffle, followed by pizza at Shamrock Bar and Pizza. It was a relaxed, fun way to end the day; sharing laughs, stories, and time together outside of work.

These moments matter. They strengthen relationships, build culture, and remind us that work is about people just as much as it is about performance. Giving back together, and enjoying the camaraderie afterward, perfectly reflects what our core value of care looks like in action.
